Our 5-day course covers a comprehensive basis of Human Factors training, including real-world examples and case studies of HF related safety incidents. We emphasise the development of facilitation skills, which are crucial to effective Human Factors training.
This course covers a human factors approach to safety, prioritising the development of skills that go beyond technical knowledge and focus on proactive error avoidance, trapping, and mitigation. Human error is inevitable, but cooperative and collaborative teams can achieve safety and high reliability in complex or hazardous work environments.
