Founded in 1996 in the Aviation Industry our services have expanded into Healthcare and Business sectors, as organisations have recognised the value of human factors training approaches developed in the aviation industry.

 In the aviation industry GAT provides a full range of training services for airlines, military and corporate aviation operations.

We have developed a highly regarded Train the Trainer programme for Crew Resource Management which is accredited by the UK Civil Aviation Authority and an advanced Hijack Management and Counter Terrorism programme for Instructors.

These courses have been specifically designed for instructors of Airlines, Air Traffic Control, Civil Aviation Authorities, flight operations and maintenance units.

Clients attend these programmes from the UK, Europe, Africa, America and Asia. We offer many courses which meet the training and regulatory requirements of the:

Global Air Training is at the forefront of development and application of Team Resource Management and human factors based training programmes for the healthcare industry.
