Fatigue Risk Management Systems
ICAO and regulators worldwide are developing requirements that, in addition to Flight Time Limitation (FTL) regulations, operators must also have a Fatigue Risk Management System (FRMS) that relates to their individual operation. This three day course is practically focussed to enable the delegate to implement and support an FRMS. The programme follows the FRMS recommendations of ICAO.Fatigue Risk Management Systems
Human Factors in Safety Critical Organisations
A human factors approach to safety differs from traditional safety training in that the focus is less with the technical knowledge and skills required to perform specific tasks, but rather with the cognitive and interpersonal skills needed to effectively manage a team-based, high-risk activity. A key objective is to equip the workforce with a range of non-technical skills that complement technical competency and include teamwork, situational awareness, decision making, communication and workload and fatigue management.Human Factors in Safety Critical Organisations
