Since 1996 Global Air Training has gained international recognition and a market leading position and for our Crew Resource Management Instructor Training programme. We have experience in developing and delivering CRM programmes for a diverse range of aviation operations worldwide, including many of the world's largest airlines and also military, government and police aviation, through to small and specialised aviation operations in every part of the world. Whatever the nature of your aviation organisation, we will have experience of delivering CRM in a similar aviation environment.

All Global Air Training CRM facilitators and examiners are experienced aircrew and are accredited by the UK CAA. All are highly experienced in the facilitative training techniques which are most important in CRM training and which many instructors are not familiar or not practised in. Our training programmes are recognised and accredited by regulatory bodies worldwide including the UK Civil Aviation Authority and Ministry of Defence.

CRM Facilitator Training and Development

GAT offers a range of CRM Facilitators courses for ground, line and simulator instructors, and assessment and accreditation services led by our CAA accredited Crew Resource Management Instructor Examiners. (CRMIE)
