Cabin Crew Resource Management Instructor (CRMI)
The Cabin CRMI course is designed for Cabin Crew CRM Instructors who
will be involved in Cabin Crew CRM training to meet the requirements of
JAR-OPS 1 Subpart 0.
The 5 day course covers all aspects of current CRM training in the context of the cabin
environment with relevant references to,
and examination of human factor related aviation incidents and
accidents. The course utilises cabin based case studies, video footage and
investigation board reports.

The course includes instructional techniques, facilitation, briefing,
debriefing and feedback techniques. Following the course the student
will have the knowledge, skills and materials to deliver
professional CRM training suitable for cabin crew in airline operations,
and meeting the requirements of JAR-OPS 1 Subpart 0.
The course package includes:
- 5 days classroom training
- Instructor Training Manual in hardcopy and on CD
- Full set of course handouts both on paper and CD-ROM
- PowerPoint presentation on CD
