Crew Resource Management Instructor (CRMI) Core Course

The Crew Resource Management Instructor (CRMI) core course is designed for delegates wishing to attain CRMI accreditation for ground or line training. The programme content meets the standard CRM requirements and recommendations of: EU-OPS, JAR, C.A.A., F.A.A., and ICAO.

The ‘Train the Trainer’ course is 5 days in duration, covering theoretical aspects of modern CRM training with relevant references to, and examination of human factor related aviation incidents and accidents. The course utilises video footage, CVR recordings and Investigation Board Reports.

The course includes instructional techniques, facilitation, critique and feedback techniques, NOTECHS and assessment methods. Following the course the student will be able to plan, prepare and deliver a professional CRM course suitable for the pilots, or the combined pilots and cabin crew of airline operations.
